Obesity is a condition in which the natural energy reserve of the body expands far beyond usual levels to the point where it is thought to be a significant risk factor.

Obesity leads to excessive body weight that has been shown to be associated with cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis. Treatments such as diet and exercise are frequently recommended to reduce the risk of developing disease.

  • Stress

The best way to prevent obesity is consuming fewer calories. However, crash diets are not advisable as it leads to other health problems. Fasting is also not recommended as fasting loses water through water. Moreover, doctors extended periods without food is not good for the body. Low calorie liquid diets are good for obesity as these supply about 800 calories a day, the ideal of men. However, patients are found to regain weight once they stop following these diets.

The best way to check obesity is to follow a healthy diet pattern, choose healthy food, check carbohydrates, reduce fat, and most importantly count calories.
